Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
Sessions are confirmed only once payment has been made.
Packages must be paid for in advance and used within six months. Unused sessions cannot be refunded.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time.
3. Online Lessons
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, working audio/video, and a quiet environment.
I cannot be responsible for technical issues on your side (internet dropouts, equipment failures etc).
If I experience technical problems, I will reschedule at no extra cost.
4. In-Person Lessons
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you are unwell (especially with contagious illness such as colds, flu, COVID), the session must be rescheduled.
Travel expenses may apply if sessions are at your location (to be agreed in advance).
5. Health & Responsibility
Singing lessons are educational and supportive but not a substitute for medical advice.
You agree to take responsibility for your own vocal health and wellbeing, and to inform me of any vocal or medical issues that may affect your learning.
I reserve the right to stop a lesson if I believe continuing may be harmful to your voice.
6. Coaching Commitments
I will provide sessions in a safe, professional and supportive environment.
I will prepare sessions according to your needs and goals.
I will treat your personal information confidentially and with respect.
7. Termination
Either party may choose to end lessons at any time.
Any prepaid sessions not taken will be refunded only at my discretion (unless otherwise required by law).
8. Agreement
By booking with me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
